Description
The finca is located at the foot of Santanyí’s hill, this is the ridge between Santanyi towards the village Felanitx. The distance to Santanyi is about 3 km. The surroundings of the finca invite to go for a walk or you can hike to the monastery of Alqueria Blanca that is about 3 km away.
The property has a lovely garden with many niches, which is a beautiful environment and playground for children. There is plenty of space to play.
The house disposes a beautiful traditional building, built from natural stone, which offers a very a pleasant room climate in summer. It keeps the house cold in summer and warm in winter.
The house has been completely renovated and has a new bathroom. In addition, the entire house has been tastefully furnished.

The finca has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room, one kitchen and a large dining room with views over the mountains.
In the large dining room still fits an extra bed. Since there is a door, it can be converted to a third bedroom at night.

In the winter there is oil central heating and a wood stove.

According to the government regulations, every guest staying at a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Some booking channels doesn’t charge it. Die Finka ist uneinsehbar und durch ein großes Rolltor gesichert. Hatten einen Pool wie auf dem Bilder sichtbar für uns alleine. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und es wäre auch "gut" für vier Personen bewohnbar gewesen. Die Betten im zweiten Zimmer sehen see more

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und es wäre auch "gut" für vier Personen bewohnbar gewesen. Die Betten im zweiten Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern kleiner aus, als sie sind. Ansonsten ist nichts geschönt, es ist in Wirklichkeit genauso romantisch wie es auch die Bilder abzeichnen. Es sind unglaublich viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und uns wurde die Finka 1 a präsentiert und wir haben großartige 10 Tage verleben dürfen. Erwähneswert wäre die Agentur Travila! Jasmina hat uns als "Deutsche", lebend auf Mallorca, Tipps vorbereitet uns jeden Wunsch machbar gestaltet und sofort auf jede Frage eine zeitnahe Antwort über Whats-App präsentiert. Super. Immer wieder. Am liebsten sofort.
