Description
This luxurious finca is located on a small hill between the village Santanyi and the beach Cala S'amarador in the southeast coast of Mallorca. Due to the special location you have fantastic panoramic views, across the country side, the sea, and the mountains to the fishing village of Cala Figuera.
The approximately 24,000 square meter lot with many local plant species, spacious lawns and play areas for the children is surrounded by a stone wall and secured by an electronically operated gate.
Shops and restaurants are found in Cala Figuera about 1 kilometer, or Santanyi about 3 kilometers away. Twice a week there is a farmers’ market held in Santanyí, with fresh fruits and vegetables from the region. The sea is just 1 km away, and the nearest beaches are Cala Santanyi about 1.5 km away, and the Cala S'amarador, about 3 km away. The airport is about 50 kilometers from the holiday house.
This newly built, spacious dream villa with 350 m² living space was completed in the spring of 2007. What is striking is the special architecture of the villa with a round element in the middle of the house.
The decor is elegant, sometimes rustic and with all the comforts expected from a holiday house of high standards.
Modern amenities include 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms have air conditioning.
Throughout the house and on the terraces, guests will have Wi-Fi connection.
The interior and the outside area with pool and several furnished terraces provide plenty sitting areas, so the villa is ideal for up to 10 people.
From the covered terrace at the house is a stairway that leads to the 50 m² swimming pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas. Enjoy the garden of the villa and the sea view!

According to the government regulations, every guest staying at a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Some booking channels doesn’t charge it. In this case, you will receive the separate information regarding this payment. Also, be informed that the Agency charges a refundable deposit. Diese Finca ist sehr groß und ideal für größere Gruppen (z.B. 2 Familien). Der Pool ist mit 5m x 11m auch zum Schwimmen gut geeignet. Alle Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist auch geräumig und für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Die Ausee more
Diese Finca ist sehr groß und ideal für größere Gruppen (z.B. 2 Familien). Der Pool ist mit 5m x 11m auch zum Schwimmen gut geeignet. Alle Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist auch geräumig und für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und gleichzeitig hat man auch seine Ruhe. Jeder Schlafraum hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und es gibt auch mehrere Balkone um abends die Aussicht zu genießen. Wir waren schon oft in dieser Gegend aber dieses Haus war das bisher mit Abstand beste Haus.
