This exceptional Villa is located in the outskirts of Cala Santanyí in a very silent environment and only 250 m from the beach. The house was refurbished in 2013 showing a beautiful exterior with swimming pool and BBQ area. The interior of the Villa has brand new, tasteful, and modern furniture. This house is characterized by its beautiful and exceptional round construction, which extends over three levels.
The generous entrance on the ground floor leads to two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms provide a queen size bed and build-in wardrobes and have access to the shared bathroom with walk-in shower. The staircase reaches to the first floor and takes you to the modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and the stylish living room with direct access to the terrace with another dining table. From here you enjoy a beautiful view over the green valley of Cala Santanyí.
The top floor of the Villa presents a spacious third bedroom with queen size bed and build-in wardrobe and extra space to read a book or simply relax in of the antique and comfortable chairs. The panoramic view reaches until the horizon with its sparkling dark blue sea.
On the spacious exterior terrace are sun beds and the turquoise swimming pool invites to take a bath. The neat garden and the BBQ area offer coziness and privacy for relaxing evening with family and friends.
Within few minutes by car you reach the romantic fisher village Cala Figuera with a large variety of restaurants offering traditional and international kitchen. The fascinating village Santanyí is another 5 minutes by car. Here you will find everything form supermarkets, farmer markets, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Spülmaschinen sind sicherlich etwas schwierig in Spanien... Ich hätte vielleicht gern ein weniger von Hand gspült . Da wir es gewohnt sind, unser Urlaubsdomizil ordentlich zu hinterlassen, stört mich bei dem Tagespreis ein wenig die Extraposition Endsee more
