    What a pleasure it is to be able to recommend this delightful Mallorcan townhouse to you as your next potential holiday home destination. Especially if you are a lover of traditional Spanish architecture, you`ll find that Casa Limones will enthral and delight in equal measure.

    This recently refurbished 3-storey townhouse with a separate guesthouse has an elegance all of its own. Whitewashed walls, thick wooden roof beams, terracotta tiles, old fashioned chimney, Moorish-style arches, charming stone staircase… this is the real deal.

    Located in the heart of the picturesque north Mallorcan town of Pollensa, Casa Limones sleeps up to eight people in comfort and style. The attractive ground floor living/dining area is full of cosy sofas and designer dining room chairs. It`s the perfect place to plump up a cushion and put your feet up with a good book.

    Alternatively, catch up on all your favourite programmes on the smart TV via the wi-fi provided.

    The large wooden dining table provides the perfect place to sit down and enjoy a tasty meal with friends and family whilst discussing your plans for tomorrow. It is perfectly situates between the kitchen and the sitting room.

    The fully-fitted kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need such as hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machines.

    Elegant patio doors lead out to a delightful covered terrace and the private swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in total privacy.

    Proceed up the lovely stone staircase to the first floor and you will find two good-sized twin bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes along with a shared bathroom with bath and shower.

    One bedroom gives you access to a delightful partly covered balcony with traditional wrought iron railings. Here you can sit, drink in hand, and gaze over the dreamy Pollensa rooftops.

    The second floor of Casa Limones features the gorgeous master bedroom complete with en suite bathroom and connecting living room. All bedrooms feature hot/cold air conditioning.

    The downstairs area of the guesthouse is available to clients all year. It is a great area to relax in, with a kitchenette and a bathroom upstairs, downstairs is also very good for extra storage (including for bikes!).

    And should you choose to holiday in the cooler months, Casa Limones also benefits from oil central heating.

    Add to this the considerable attractions of Pollensa old town (all within walking distance), and you are guaranteed a very special Mallorcan holiday you will remember for a long time to come.

    Swimming Pool Dimensions: 5m x 2m x 1.35m APPROX.

    Please be aware:

    - a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
    - when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
    - a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
    - free wifi available
    - Pool heating: if available at the desired property this is an optional service and charged extra, please contact us for further details
    - A cleaning fee of 140 euros will be added for bookings of less than 7 days.

    A happy two weeks spent at Casa Limones over Easter. The house accommodated 5 friends very comfortably. Joan addressed small problems that occurred very promptly. The house is conveniently situated for the local shops and parking.

    Very clean and tidy with plenty of space . Close to all restaurants and cafes so perfectly situated for eating out . Living amongst the Majorcan people was an added bonus . Warm, friendly and family orientated .
