A 1 minute drive away from the leisure area "Mallorca Fashion Outlet" and 15 minutes from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.
This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday with beautiful views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. You will be surprised by the charming garden with citrus trees and a well-kept flora around the house.
The holiday rental villa of approximately 250 sqm is on one level, with access to the terrace and pool from both the living room and the dining room and is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house.
Large sliding glass doors to the covered terrace provide a clear view of the illuminated pool and garden. The living room offers comfortable seating, music system, of course a flat screen (65" Smart TV) on which you can receive all major programs via satellite. This villa is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
There is enough free parking space right on the street in front of the villa and a children's playground in front of the villa in a green area.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of €90 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional EUR 500 will be charged
