Can Perro Peludo is one of those lovely old country houses just on the outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa in northern Mallorca. Totally modernised in recent years, and with the addition of a good-sized private swimming pool, it is the perfect place for a holiday with family and friends.
Enter via the private driveway, open the front door and the first thing that impresses is the large, bright and spacious lounge/dining room complete with attractive terracotta tiled floor.
You’ll find a luscious sofa in the lounge area, perfect for putting your feet up after a day exploring all the best Mallorca has to offer. Catch up with the news on the large screen satellite TV or simply make use of the in-house wi-fi system.
In the downstairs area at Can Perro Peludo you will find three spacious bedrooms complete with two thoroughly modern bathrooms plus a dressing room.
From here you can exit on to a large covered sun terrace and the lovely garden and swimming pool beyond.
Upstairs at Villa Can Perro Peludo is the gorgeous, bright open plan kitchen. It`s fully equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect, including a huge fridge/freezer to keep everything freshly chilled during the hot weather. The large dining table is ideal for a get together over a tasty family meal.
From the kitchen you enter onto the large, rather fabulous roof terrace. The views of the mountains beyond and the lovely Mallorcan countryside are spectacular indeed. The roof terrace is partially covered so can be thoroughly enjoyed whatever the weather. There are barbecue facilities here too.
One of the many attractions of Can Perro Peludo is that it is fenced off and therefore totally private. Outside of the property you can put your feet up on the sun terrace or take a stroll around the lovely lush green lawn. But perhaps the best outdoor feature is the large, elevated swimming pool, just perfect for cooling off in the hot Mallorcan sun. (You also enjoy fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.)
There`s a sizeable patio surrounding the pool too, with loungers provided for a well-deserved relax.

- a booking fee of €90 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

Eine Woche im Paradies
Das Haus ist fantastisch gelegen. Der absolute Finca Traum. Aufteilung und Ausstattung sind perfekt. In der Küche mangelt es an nichts. Schade ist nur, dass es so stenge Regeln beim Check out gibt. Man darf keinen Müll hintsee more

Man darf keinen Müll hinterlassen und auch das Geschirr darf nicht mehr in der Spülmachine sein, sondern muss gespült und verräumt sein. Das verhindert ein entspanntes Abschiedsfrühstück am Abreisetag. In dem anderen Haus auf Mallorca war dies besser. Wir haben gefühstückt und die Spülmachine angestellt und Alles war gut..... Tortzdem würden wir Can Perro Pelutto jederzeit wieder buchen. Dirk |

Having kept its old country character, it has been very well renovated and modernized. fully air conditioned and enjoying a very nice pool that we used every day after our excursions. we enjoyed morning and evening the beautiful terrace at the top of the villa. The villa is 8 minutes from Pollença and close to everything. At the same time the villa is located in a very quiet area of ​​the countryside enjoying an exceptional view of the mountains. The grounds of the villa are wonderfully landscaped with many olive trees, rosemary plans and many other trees and plants. We highly recommend this villa.
