Villa Roser Vell is a nice three-bedroom villa, situated really close to Pollensa Old Town. A petite, traditional stone build, the villa has a quintessential Spanish charm.
Inside, there is a nice contrast between the wooden ceiling beams and the whitewashed walls. The open plan living area is bright and spacious. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the table seats six. The sleeping area comprises of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite full bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a shower-room. In addition, all bedrooms, as well as the dining room, have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have it during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
Outside, the pool dominates the garden and is a definite highlight to the holiday experience. Immaculately tiled in mosaic, it features a Jacuzzi section. The bordering plants are a pretty mix of palms and flowering bushes.
Finally, the situation of the villa stands out. Although it is in a rural area, it is still in the same town of Pollensa. You only have to travel 750 m to reach the Plaza Mayor, the nerve center of the town, and where you will find a wide variety of shops, tapas and restaurants. And if you want to go to the beach, the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are just a ten-minute drive down the road. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
