Sa Olivera is a spacious four bedroom villa developed on one level, full of light, with a large, covered terrace and swimming pool.

Due to it layout, this villa is an excellent choice for families of all ages and is wheelchair friendly with step-free access, ideal for those with mobility issues.

From the moment you enter the villa you will love the light, spacious atmosphere, and quality contemporary interiors which offer a relaxing, luxury holiday environment.
Upon entering the double doors, you will find yourself in an entrance hall with a huge atrium from where you can see the garden and pool.
On the right side of the hall is a living room which has comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen television with satellite channels, and large sliding doors on two sides, offering direct access to the covered terrace. There is also a dining area with seating for 8 guests, a fully equipped designer kitchen which has everything you will need for your stay including a dish washer, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as a toilet with shower and access to the garage.
To the left of the entrance are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and doors which lead into the garden for total comfort and convenience.

The outside space is beautifully landscaped with lawns, privacy hedging, various terraces with a barbecue for dining alfresco, a swimming pool and sunbathing area complete with loungers and a daybed.
