From the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.

Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace.

The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.

Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC). The spectacular swimming pool (8m long) has got a furnished sun terrace with pergola. There are many quiet areas to sit and relax under the shade of the ancient olive trees with unforgettable sea views.

*Please note:
- for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool.
- the pool can be heated in this property for an additional 300 EUR a week.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

PLEASE NOTE

  • 30% Deposit to secure your Booking
  • A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations
  • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed by the reservations manager at time of Booking
  • Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
  • For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
  • All cots and high chairs are charged at 50 euros per week per item, unless otherwise stated.
