The villa has been recently renovated and offers a total of three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for preparing meals or snacks. There are two dining areas with plenty of seating and a cosy living area with a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace and flat screen TV with Satellite channels where you can enjoy a movie with family or friends.  There is also a covered barbecue area with its own dining room.

Outside, extensive landscaped gardens surround the villa offering lots of space to run, play and relax, there are various terraces with tables and chairs where you can dine alfresco, including one on the first floor, and there is a fantastic swimming pool with sunbathing area complete with loungers and parasols. 

Son Grua is a perfectly private holiday retreat; surrounded by nature, it is ideal for lovers of the countryside and will allow you to unwind while enjoying glorious mountain views,

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional EUR 500 will be charged
