Upon entering through the main gate of the property and following the driveway you are greeted by tall palms, lush lawns and the villa`s wonderful stone facade. On the ground floor Can Finassi has been designed as a spacious open plan living area with the living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing into one another seamlessly. Throughout the villa the decor is traditionally Mallorcan; exposed beams, light walls terracotta tiled floors and dark wood furniture all play keys roles in providing an authentic atmosphere to this fantastic country house.

There is accommodation for up to a total of seven guests. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and air conditioning. Upstairs is the master suite with a double bed, an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a balcony with breathtaking views out over the Mallorcan countryside. The fourth bedroom can also access the master bathroom and has a double bed which is 140cm wide, it is listed as a single room but can easily sleep 2 children or an adult and a child (increasing the occupancy to 8).

Outside the grounds have been meticulously landscaped and are dotted with an array of native plants and trees providing privacy around the property, and more importantly around the swimming pool (depth 147cm. (4"10) to 170cm. (5`7")). Surrounding the villa there are several terraces, both covered and uncovered, and with dining furniture perfect for al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is also a barbecue house for guests meaning that al fresco cooking is also an option.
