Located just outside Manacor, Son Cifre is an exceptional holiday rental property. Sleeping up to eight people in the lap of luxury.

The villa is an old Mallorcan farmhouse that has been totally renovated, and which nestles peacefully amongst mature trees and groves as part of an extensive plot which is yours to explore.

As you proceed along the private road lined by tall cypress trees, you will surely be delighted by what awaits you.

Enter through the front doors and proceed into the large modern kitchen. It comes complete with all the mod cons you need to enjoy your stay such as induction hob, dishwasher and microwave.

There`s a lovely central island and breakfast bar to help you start off your day, and even a large painting on the wall, seen at its best as the room-sized windows allow in the soft Mediterranean light.

From here you gain entrance to the lovely dining room, once again benefiting from natural light via floor-to-ceiling windows. The pretty patio adjacent gives you access to the rest of the villa.

To the left lie two of Son Cifre`s four bedrooms (it`s single story property, so no stairs to worry about!) They are both beautifully laid out with double beds and en suite bathrooms ensuring you enjoy a restful night`s sleep .

And then there`s the huge living room. It really is something else. Luxurious leather sofas, large coffee table, modern fireplace, walls lined with books... just what you want for some valuable `me time` during your holiday.

From the living area you gain easy access to the covered terrace outside. Another lovely space where you can put your feet up and relax.

Further on across the living room you`ll find two more tastefully decorated double bedrooms, both featuring attractive en suite bathrooms.

The two additional bedrooms are accessed from the outside, offering increased privacy during your stay.

If you like spacious grounds, the gorgeous landscaped garden at Son Cifre will not disappoint. Remember, this was once a Mallorcan farm so there`s plenty of space to discover and find your own favourite spot amongst the lush vegetation and mature trees.

Even the private swimming pool reflects the property`s rural heritage - it`s been converted from an ancient reservoir and is the perfect place to cool off from the hot Mallorcan sun.

The views from here on into the countryside with the mountains on the horizon are spectacular, and there is also a wooden decking area for a spot of sun bathing.

And being an old converted farmhouse, what could be better than enjoying an evening `al fresco` meal, drink in hand cooking up a treat on the barbecue!

  • Aufgrund eines neuen in Kraft getretenen Landesgesetz auf den Balearen, muss ab sofort die Ökosteuer für alle Anmietungen ab dem 01.07. 2016 berechenet werden. Demnach wird pro Buchung, Person und Tag eine Ökosteuer in Höhe von 2.20 € fällig. Dies ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, wie nun kürzlich von dem Landestag der Balearen beschlossen und wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet jeden Kunden zu berechnen und den entsprechenden Gesamtbetrag an das Finanzamt in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesetz zu überweisen.
