One of the largest and most distinctive townhouses in Pollensa, Casa Metge Vidal has been thoughtfully preserved to retain its original charm. Traditional wooden beams, exposed stone walls, terracotta floors and elegant archways blend beautifully with comfortable contemporary living across three spacious floors.
The ground floor has been designed with socialising and relaxation in mind. Here guests will find a large dining area, welcoming living room, open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and several comfortable seating areas, creating the perfect setting for spending time together throughout the day.
The property accommodates up to 12 guests across 7 en-suite bedrooms, all of which benefit from air conditioning for year-round comfort. Bedrooms can be configured as either double or twin rooms upon request, providing excellent flexibility for different group requirements.
On the upper floor, a beautiful rooftop terrace offers a peaceful place to relax whilst enjoying lovely views across the rooftops of Pollensa towards the historic Bullring and the surrounding Tramuntana Mountains.
At the very top of the house, guests will also discover an impressive studio room. This versatile space is ideal for business meetings, creative workshops, yoga sessions, exercise classes or simply as an additional area to unwind.
Outside, the villa continues to impress with its wonderfully private garden, creating a rare oasis in the centre of Pollensa. The private swimming pool, outdoor dining area and charming courtyard provide ideal spaces for relaxing after a day exploring the town. A separate courtyard beside the kitchen leads to an additional TV room, offering even more flexibility for larger groups.

We were a big cycling group who were staying in the villa. The accommodation was clean and had ample space for the 10 of us. The villa itself is very large and has and excellent rooftop balcony as well as a garage for storage.
