This stunning, contemporary villa has been renovated by an innovative team of designers and project managers to the highest possible standards of luxury. The result of the renovation is simply sensational, the villa is a prime example of modern creative interior architecture at its finest.
The villa is situated in one of the best parts of the exclusive residential urbanisation Bon Aire, near the historical town Alcúdia. The cute marina and restaurants are all within a few minutes' walking distance from the villa and the delightful beaches only a little further on. The villa is set in immaculately landscaped gardens, the pool is embedded in the manicured lawn and is surrounded by ample terrace space, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
The interior has been excellently laid-out, all rooms have large windows or French doors, allowing for plenty of sunlight and lovely views over the garden.
