    Absolutely stunning landscaped gardens complete with mature trees and colourful shrubs overlook Pollensa Bay and the Tramuntana mountain range.

    You will certainly enjoy relaxing in the villa`s lovely, heated rectangular swimming pool with stepped entrance, surrounded by wooden decking and luxury sun loungers.

    Illuminated at night, the pool area creates a rather magical ambiance - ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or two as the sun sets and you fire up the barbecue.

    The spacious, open-plan living/dining area is a dream. Chic, contemporary furnishings contrast with traditional features such as wooden roof beams and walls constructed of local stone. There is satellite TV so you can catch up with your favourite programmes, and wi-fi throughout the property to keep you in touch. You can also challenge your friends to a game of table tennis.

    You have air conditioning to keep you cool when temperatures rise, and underfloor heating throughout should the evenings get a little chilly. An intelligent alarm system is also a feature of the property, combined with an automatic exterior gate for access.

    Mansion Bahia`s five bedrooms are beautiful - all have en suite bathrooms and provide stunning views over the Mallorcan countryside; there are two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. The five bathrooms feature state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings and are ideal for enjoying a long, hot soak after a day in the sun.

    The rather chic kitchen is light, bright and contemporary, with all the latest quality appliances for cooking up a real treat. There is a laundry area too.

It is situated in one of the best parts of the exclusive residential urbanisation of Bonaire, near the historical town of Alcúdia.
