Villa Elvissa is a chic family villa in Bonaire, an exclusive residential enclave close to Alcúdia's beaches and its charming marina. Behind the villa's traditional Mediterranean façade lies a surprisingly contemporary interior, and this recently renovated property blends the two styles with real confidence, creating a holiday home that's as comfortable as it is characterful.
Set within lawned gardens with generous outdoor space, the detached villa is approached via a pretty pathway leading up to the stone-faced façade and covered front terrace, with a private driveway offering shaded parking to one side.
The ground floor comprises three spacious bedrooms, each decorated in crisp white with twin beds and a dedicated desk area, sharing two bathrooms between them — a practical layout well suited to large families or groups. A state-of-the-art fitted kitchen with a separate service area caters for even the most enthusiastic of holiday chefs, flowing through to a stylish dining room with a generous table and balloon-backed chairs. A wide archway leads on to the first sitting room, full of character, with cosy seating, a fireplace and patio doors, doubling easily as a study.
A second building, set on a slightly elevated level, houses a bright, tastefully furnished lounge with relaxed sofa seating, wood flooring and a flat-screen TV. Large sliding patio doors draw in the garden views, blurring the line between indoors and out. A further bedroom with its own en suite bathroom adjoins this living space.
Outside, a traditional beamed and covered terrace furnished for al fresco living invites long summer evenings, while a separate covered barbecue area and dining table sit across the lawn — perfect for outdoor entertaining. We were in the middle of October for a week in the Finka and could switch off and enjoy the first night. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and the rooms we liked a lot. The communication was great, all questions in advance were quickly answesee more

The communication was great, all questions in advance were quickly answered and also on site we felt well advised. We slept in the large bedroom in the 1OG and were very satisfied. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect and the garden was great. The daily breakfast in the garden was one of our highlights. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place. We were 7 in the Finka and had plenty of room. Many thanks for the nice stay and hopefully see you soon :)

Facing the beautiful "Bay of Pollença", between the white sandy beaches of Mal Pas we find this luxurious Villa. Literally 10 steps from the sand and sea, and situated in a quiet and not too touristy area, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking the calm and peace of the island.
The beauty of this house is that you have all the benefits of peace and quiet without being too far from all the local bars, restaurants, marina and facilities of Bonaire-Malpas that are accessible on foot.
The villa is family orientated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday in paradise.
It is perfectly designed with the kitchen and living room separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. Perfect for entertaining guests, it has a large open plan living room with built-in fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with large glass windows overlooking the bay.
