Villa Las Madrugadas is a lavish front-line holiday villa with direct access to the sea in Andratx5 bedroom, 5 Bathroom Villa with Sea View Terraces, a Heated Private Pool, BBQ, Sauna, and WiFi. Sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
This unique holiday villa is situated on the front line in Puerto Andratx enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea and harbour. Perfect for year-round holidays it has a total of 5 boutique-style bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people.
As well as luxury facilities and picturesque surroundings, the villa benefits from a fantastic location as it lies within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants in the marina.
Fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday, the villa´s rooms are distributed as follows:
The ground floor has an entrance hall, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest toilet, a modern kitchen with branded appliances, a bright dining area, and a cozy living room with comfortable sofa seating, a fireplace, and access to the terrace.
The first floor has three en suite bedrooms, one with a large covered terrace, and one with a covered balcony.
The fifth bedroom and en suite bathroom are located in a charming guest house which also houses a kitchen, laundry room, and sea view terrace.
The villa´s outside space is truly amazing. Here you can enjoy scenic views, a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, pretty gardens, and a barbecue with an alfresco dining area. Other highlights that can be enjoyed year-round include a sauna where you can relax in the cooler months, a Jacuzzi, and a unique outdoor fitness/gym with a water rower, rowing machine (see photos attached) area with a variety of equipment providing entertainment for all ages including table tennis.
Special elements of the villa include its dock, independent guest house, panoramic views, and opulent decor throughout.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property-related, will also be required when booking
- Free electric car charging station
- Direct Sea Access - ideal for water sports including snorkeling and they also have 4x Kayaks & 2x SUPs available
- 4 Hours daily maid service (despite sundays)
