As well as luxury facilities and picturesque surroundings, the villa benefits from a fantastic location as it lies within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants in the marina.

Fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday, the villa´s rooms are distributed as follows:

The ground floor has an entrance hall, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest toilet, a modern kitchen with branded appliances, a bright dining area, and a cozy living room with comfortable sofa seating, a fireplace, and access to the terrace.
The first floor has three en suite bedrooms, one with a large covered terrace, and one with a covered balcony.
The fifth bedroom and en suite bathroom are located in a charming guest house which also houses a kitchen, laundry room, and sea view terrace.

The villa´s outside space is truly amazing. Here you can enjoy scenic views, a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, pretty gardens, and a barbecue with an alfresco dining area. Other highlights that can be enjoyed year-round include a sauna where you can relax in the cooler months, a Jacuzzi, and a unique outdoor fitness/gym with a water rower, rowing machine (see photos attached) area with a variety of equipment providing entertainment for all ages including table tennis.
