Ca Na Nela has been entirely and sustainably renovated to establish a residence that is not only opulent, featuring air-conditioning and wifi, but also environmentally friendly.

Ca Na Nela’s beautiful garden is filled with the delightful scents of lavender, jasmine, rosemary, and orange. Dining alfresco at Ca Na Nela’s garden is an absolute delight. Select from the rear terrace or beneath the pergola - the gardens, pool zone, orange orchard, and mountains extend in front of you.

The expansive saltwater pool is located in the middle of the property, encircled by sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing in the beautiful sunshine.

Local craftsmen repurposed salvaged beams from the original residence to craft the wood features throughout Ca Na Nela, imparting an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.

At Ca Na Nela, you can opt to be together or relish your solitude. The guest house, also renovated and located just beyond the orange grove, stands separately from the main residence. One of the rooms in the main house has outside access. Every bedroom is tastefully adorned.

On the first floor of Can Na Nela, there's a friendly open salon and spacious American kitchen featuring a central island. The kitchen leads to a selection of two distinct outdoor dining spaces.

The property's most opulent feature is its vibrant Mediterranean gardens, flourishing with native plants that naturally endure drought conditions to honor the water scarcity in Mallorca. The fragrance of lavender, jasmine, and rosemary follows you through the garden while orange trees border the path to the guest house. Enveloped by the majesty of the Tramuntana mountains, you can decide where to eat; sheltered by a stone wall and garden on the rear terrace or beneath the pergola with gardens, pool area, orange orchard, and panoramic mountain views laid out in front of you.

The expansive saltwater swimming pool is located at the heart of the property, featuring cozy sun loungers and sun umbrellas for unwinding and enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Regardless of where you decide to unwind in this eco-friendly retreat, you are enveloped by stunning scenery that demands your attention.

Ca Na Nela is only a five-minute drive or a brief bike ride or walk from the enchanting and fascinating village of Fornalutx. You’re just a few minutes from the town of Sóller and a tram trip to the sandy shores of Port de Sóller. Palma, the island's stylish yet classic capital, is approximately a 30-minute drive via the tunnel.
