Sitting in an elevated position, overlooking the beautiful Deia village with a backdrop of the Tramuntana is this beautiful well presented Deia home. The perfect place to stay for a luxurious holiday. Upon entering the house you are welcomed by an open plan dining and living area which leads out onto a sunny terrace and the newly built infinity pool area with incredible town and mountain views. There are 4 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each room has its own A/C and is very light and spacious and enjoys beautiful views of the village. Enjoy an evening dinner or a glass of wine on the terrace as the sun sets behind the church and illuminates the surrounding mountains.
Entering the villa you will be welcomed by an open plan living area and stunning piano for all musicians to enjoy. The stylish kitchen made with local stone and lots of natural wooden features. It has a beautiful glazed dining area which can be opened up in summer or closed in winter. At the far end of the common areas, you are led right out onto the pool terrace.
The house has recently been refurbished by More Design Studios and has its own small gym.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
