The finca has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room and lounge area (including a master suite with private bathroom).
The property also has a large garden which is ideal for children to play in.
Of course there is a large pool with sunshades and deckchairs at the main house.
The Finca is functional and simply furnished, but contains all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.
After the reconstruction the Finca has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (all new) as well as two living areas. The house is still functional and contains all amenities. The existence of air conditioning as well as heating makes it possible to use the house at any time of the year.
The finca offers mountain and sea views and is located in the immediate vicinity of Santanyi and Felanitx.
In addition, the house offers a games room separated from the rest of the house where you can enjoy a night with your friends.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
- gasoil central heating available on request between November - March @ 30 EUR extra per day
