Approximately 500 metres away from the picturesque bay of Puerto Pollensa, in a quiet and elegant housing estate called Gotmar, surrounded by a large garden, you will find the lordly estate Gotmar Garden. The 2.600 m2 plot is lined by cypresses, yew trees and large grass areas with trees and flower beds.

The spacious entrance hall gives way and view to 2 different lounges and a covered terrace with access to the pool. On the right side of the entrance you find a large kitchen, completely fitted with its terrace taking you to fruit trees. Back in the hall you follow a small passage way which takes you to the WC and on the opposite side to a double bedroom and to the terrace. Straight ahead opens a glass door to the 70 m2 lounge-diner with an imposing fireplace. The view goes through the panoramic glass door to the stone terrace with swimming pool.

Outsite there is a BBQ house and a completely equipped summer kitchen. Next to it there is a changing room with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom.

From the main entrance a staircase takes you up to the first floor. The master bedroom (20 m2) with balcony has a big bathroom with an adjoining terrace. 2 double bedrooms each with balcony are next to each other and share a bathroom with shower. The forth bedroom with bathroom is separated from the corridor by a door and a small hall. From there you have access to a balcony and a cozy apartment.

A lounge-diner with fireplace and pool terrace, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom invite you to be alone in this enormous house. An outside staircase takes you directly to the pool.

- the pool can be heated in this property for an additional 600 EUR a week.

This stunning newly-built holiday villa is one of the stand out luxury rental properties in the north of Mallorca.

The stunning living area on the ground floor comprises a large, comfortable living/dining area leading out through the glass frontage to the huge covered terrace. Just perfect for chilling out with family and friends

The large, state-of-the-art Bulthaup/Gaggenau designer kitchen is also on this level: the ideal place for a meal with family and friends. There is also a private cinema room (plus a sofa bed for guests) to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

It goes without saying that Villa Marvelo features hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating for your utmost comfort. There is WiFi throughout too, plus smart TV enabling you to catch up with your favourite programmes. You can also challenge your friends to a game of table tennis.

And then there`s the heated private swimming pool and terrace. It`s on the large side too, (17m x 5m x 1.7m approximately) with stepped entrance for easy access. What better place to enjoy a refreshing early morning dip or just to cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun.

The views from here are delightful and you have the use of the luxury sun loungers poolside. The surrounding garden is full of lovely flowers and shrubs.
