It’s all rather beautiful here in this little hideaway just outside the beautiful town of Pollensa in north Mallorca.

In fact, there is something genuinely magical about Villa Alba, sitting outside on the soft furnishings, G&T in hand as you watch the sun go down and, one by one, light the candles that surround the swimming pool. In the evenings you may wish to fire up the barbecue for some tasty home cooking outdoors.

This exceptional holiday property is just perfect for families. Sleeping up to 6 in the lap of luxury, it is geared towards children as much as mum and dad. The children’s bedrooms have all the furnishings you would expect, there’s even table tennis to burn off some of their energy!

And then there’s the private swimming pool. 8m x 4m and rectangular in shape, the pool is surrounded by delightful decking, luxury sun loungers and a gorgeous garden. The whole family will just love to cool off here when the midday sun is at its height.

The interior of Villa Alba is a designer’s dream. The stunning open-plan lounge/dining area can only be described as ‘eye candy’. Achingly cool, it’s all brilliant white, tasteful black and features subtle touches of stainless steel and chrome.

The lounge area is furnished with large charcoal-coloured sofas and easy chairs. There’s a striking black and white rug and the tasteful monochrome prints on the wall compliment the villa’s overall privileged feel.

There is a large wall-mounted satellite TV on the wall and a DVD player too. You benefit from wi-fi throughout so you can easily keep in touch with the ‘real world’!

Huge french windows let in the soft Mediterranean light and the whole property is air conditioned with both hot and cold.

Vista Verde is a delightful villa set snugly in the north Mallorcan countryside surrounding the ancient town of Pollensa.

Sleeping up to 6 in comfort and style, this traditional rural villa has been thoroughly modernised to include a lovely private swimming pool.

The exterior facade is in natural Mallorcan stone and terracotta tiles, and is located in a most idyllic, secluded environment with fabulous mountain views.

A delightful blend of old and new, Villa Verde provides the perfect getaway for holiday to remember.

On entering through the main door you are immediately struck by the beauty of the place. The pretty sitting-dining room is spacious and relaxing, a mixture of modern and vintage finds.

White walls, a tiled floor, cosy sofas, coffee table, open fireplace, French windows leading out to the terrace and gardens...this is traditional Mallorca at its best.

Yet everything is up to the minute with large smart TV, DVD player, fiber optic high speed Wi-Fi and, of course, air conditioning to keep you cool in the Mediterranean heat.

Amble through the lounge and enter into the attractive dining area. Here you`ll find a large dining table where you can all come together for a meal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you need (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, washing machine); the wooden storage areas a recognition of a more elegant, rustic life.

Vista Verde features 3 gorgeously decorated bedrooms, all with elegant en suite bathrooms. They are all bright and sunny allowing the soft Mediterranean light to shine through.

The exterior of vista Verde is stunning. There is a spacious covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining. The villa also has barbecue facilities.

The large swimming pool (8 m x 4 m x 1.3m approximately) is in a lovely sheltered spot surrounded by wooden decking and lush green lawns. Illuminated at night, it looks fabulous.

The gardens are immaculate, full of mature trees and shrubs such as bougainvillea, and the views towards the mountains are to die for.

Vista Verde is located in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes drive from Pollensa town, and is close to the 9-hole Pollensa Golf Course. The villa has a private parking area with carport.

If you are the active type, you`ll find the mountain and forest walks such a pleasure. (Look out for the stalagmite caves!)
