    Can Josep is a holiday villa in centre of Pollensa Old Town, Mallorca with a private swimming pool 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom finca with mountain views, private pool, BBQ, air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, sleeps a maximum of 8 People

    Can Josep is a gorgeous two storey villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which easily accommodates up to 8 guests. It offers visitors a comfortable stay, with high quality furnishings, an immaculate garden with private pool and an ideal location, right in the heart of Pollensa old town.  It is also within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars, and church square, where you can buy locally produced food and artisanal products at the weekly Sunday market.

    On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher, it also has direct access to the covered terrace.  There is a sizable dining room where you can entertain friends and family, and there is a bright, spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace, and a flat screen TV where you can enjoy an evening movie.  In addition, the ground floor has a pantry, a utility room containing the washing machine and there is a guest bathroom with shower.

    The first floor is home to 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom and small private terrace, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms which share bathroom, one of the twin rooms also enjoys access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.

    Outside there is an impressive garden with magnificent views and a tropical feel, there are plenty of sunny and covered terraces where you can relax and dine alfresco and there is a private pool (8.4m x 4.4m) where you can cool down or splash around with children.  Other wonderful features include a separate barbecue house next to the pool which has a brick-built barbecue, an electric oven, food preparation area, a covered dining area and an extra shower room.

    Can Josep is a luxurious holiday villa with a traditional feel, ideal for groups and families who want to be within walking distance to of all amenities.


    Please be aware:

    - a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
    - when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
    - a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
    - Free WIFI available
    - air conditioning is on a timer (from 12:00 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 05:00)

    A house book with some restaurant recommendations, places to see and things to do in Pollensa, public transport etc. would be really useful. A working coffee machine, perhaps a pod machine, would also be a great addition.

    We were happy about almost everything- so only small suggestions. In the master bedroom- Instead of jacuzzi with a shower not working - just a normal shower would be preferred. Our group would have preferred 8 single beds.
