Can Pau is a beautifully refurbished villa with a private pool and is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive, from the historic old town of Pollensa, and 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. There is also a nearby path to cycle or walk directly into Pollensa town. It offers peace and privacy, a sunny south orientation, and enjoys fabulous views of the surrounding mountains.
The villa is set within mature Mediterranean gardens and has been renovated to include central heating and air conditioning throughout for total year-round comfort.
Inside there is plenty of space for a large family with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in total - three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with en suite bathrooms, and one bedroom with a bathroom is on the ground floor. All bedrooms are fully equipped with double beds which can be divided into singles on request. Bedrooms are complete with stunning white linen with a touch of Balearic design and authentic Mallorcan charm.
Inside there is a welcoming atmosphere with wood-beamed ceilings combined, with modern elements for a perfect luxury Mediterranean countryside experience.
There is a large living room with a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa seating, a flat-screen tv, and patio doors leading out to the garden and outside dining. There is also a fully equipped, brand-new contemporary-style kitchen with a breakfast bar, drinks station, and separate dining area, perfect for evening meals together or a spot for breakfast. Connected to the kitchen is a useful laundry room that leads out to the back of the property with the most stunning views along with lovely farm animals in the nearby field.
Outside there are large covered terraces with seating for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a cocktail. There is a private swimming pool with a decked sunbathing area equipped with loungers, and an outdoor shower area. The whole plot is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens with neat lawns and amazing views of the Tramuntana mountains.
Can Pau offers a piece of paradise and is a welcome retreat, surrounded by nature, just a short drive from the vibrant local town and beaches.

We stayed with two children aged 5 and 2 and it was perfect. Over the years we have spent a lot of time in Mallorca and Pollensa especially, and this finca was the best we’ve stayed in by a mile - the service was excellent, Joan was so helpful and resee more
