Can Perot is a truly special country villa set in the heart of the Vall de March, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in northern Mallorca. Just a 10-minute drive from Pollensa, this peaceful valley is known for its rolling hills, ancient olive groves, and scenic oak forests. With minimal traffic and only a few traditional fincas scattered across the landscape, Vall de March offers peace, privacy, and a connection to nature, perfect for families, country lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
The villa is an excellent base for cycling routes and walking tours, including scenic paths leading to Lluc Monastery. Whether you prefer leisurely walks or challenging bike rides, Can Perot provides direct access to the natural beauty of the area.
Reached via a charming drive through its own oak forest, the property sits on a generous plot of approx. 27,000 m². Above the flat garden areas, mature oak trees provide shade and a natural backdrop while ensuring the garden and pool enjoy full sun during the summer months. Although there are a few neighboring houses nearby, none overlook the villa, allowing complete privacy.
The villa (approx. 265 m²), fully refurbished in 2009, blends traditional character with modern comfort and space.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area (with air conditioning and Smart TV) opening to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and one en suite bedroom.
Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit:
- The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct garden access.
- A second double bedroom
- A twin bedroom with two individual beds, ideal for children or additional guests.
In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two en suite), comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a very large, deep private pool (12 x 4.8 m), perfect for cooling off in the hot summer months. The pool is set a short distance from the house, so children should be supervised. The flat gardens provide ample grassy space for kids to play safely.
A gas barbecue and al fresco dining areas make summer meals a delight, while mature oak trees above the gardens create a picturesque natural backdrop.
8 sun loungers surround the pool for ultimate relaxation.
Additional features:
- Air conditioning: one unit in the living room + one in each bedroom
- Underfloor oil heating for the winter month ( During the month from approx December and February no direct sunshine, due to its hillside location, but it's still amazingly beautiful there ).
- Wi-Fi throughout
- Smart TV in the living room
- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer for longer stays
- Table tennis
- Automatic garden sprinkler system
- Private off road driveway of approx 200 meters with ample parking just in front of the house
- 1 Baby bed and highchair available free of charge
- Welcome hampers include: Water, juice, fruit, a bottle of wine or champagne, beer, snacks, coffee capsulas, tea and milk, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper.
- 1 shower towel, 1 small towel, 1 pool towel included per person/ week, towel change and quick clean included mid week.
- End cleaning included in the price ( rubbish needs to be taken care of by tenants to be brought to recycling collection points in Pollensa ). House needs to be left tidy.

- The staircase inside the villa has no handrail or protection – families with young children should take care.
- A booking fee of €150 applies to every reservation.
- The Balearic Ecotax of €2.20 per person per night is payable upon booking.
- A refundable breakage deposit is required of 1500 Euros.

Surrounded by a large garden and field plants this finca is located in the well-known area of Pollenca, La Font. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.
Can Eloi is a small farmhouse, surrounded by large cornfields and approx. 10 years ago an important enlargement was made.
From the entrance, to the right, you get into a cosy lounge. The decoration realised is Majorcan style. A passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room, very suitable to relax. From the entrance as well as from the living room you reach a large dining-room which looks like a knight s hall. It continues to the left hand-side into a large living kitchen, whose bricked shelves are equipped with very beautiful plates and ceramics. Further, on the ground floor, there is a pretty double bedroom with a bathroom (bath, bidet, WC).
The first floor covers 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds each. One bedroom with a 160 cm French bed. Two bathrooms with bath in the corridor are for these 3 bedrooms.
Back downstairs, there are several doors leading outside to the wonderful garden with old trees, multi-coloured flowers and large lawns. The swimming pool between the lawns has got 10m x 6m. In front, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a big wooden-table and a removable barbecue, inviting to very comfortable evenings. In front of the kitchen under an age-old, enormous tree there is another possibility for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a large table with basket-chairs.
Can Eloi is ideally for families with children and young people. The property is very roomy and suitable for everyone.
