A modern kitchen, adjacent to the west terrace, with full-size refrigerator and quality appliances ensures easy food preparation and cleaning. The ground floor is accessible without steps, making it ideal for multi-generational families, and the internal layout aids in multi-family occupancy. There is a shallow swimming pool area for young people (always supervised). New orchards and garden additions have recently been planted, complementing some lovely old trees and creating a lovely colourful aura. From the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.
Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.
Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC). The spectacular swimming pool (8m long) has got a furnished sun terrace with pergola.
