This beautiful country home is privately situated in the highly desirable and exclusive Golf area, within a few minutes drive from Pollensa. Located just 3 km from the Golf, the property is approached via a country lane and private drive, the house offers practically everything one could wish for from a Mediterranean rental property including wonderful countryside views and rustic tranquillity.
With the accommodation laid out over two floors, the ground floor is made up of a large reception room with a fireplace and French doors out to a wonderful covered terrace with views over the garden and swimming pool, separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room with separate laundry room.
Up a small flight of stairs, one finds a guest double bedroom and bathroom. The first floor boasts a lovely master bedroom suite with doors to a large terrace, three further bedrooms (with twin beds) each with en suite shower rooms and fitted wardrobes.
The outdoor living is equally fabulous with a large swimming pool (12m x 5m x 1.85m) surrounded by a sun terrace, the excellent covered terrace for relaxing or dining al fresco and a beautiful garden with a lush green lawn and numerous colourful plantations.
The technical side of the house is in very good order with central heating, built in air conditioning, an alarm system and an excellent supply of water.
An excellent opportunity to rent a fabulous country home in a superb location.

Disappointed by the lack of basic supplies at the property. E.g hand soap in bathrooms, laundry detergent. Considering the weekly price wouldn’t cost much to have those supplies there for guests and be less hassle for them.

We had a wonderful stay at Eu Romani in August. Elegantly done up but practical with a wonderful pool and garden where our children spent endless hours playing. The location was lovely and peaceful and all the Baleriac villa staff were incredibly helsee more

Villa Longa is a family owned home situated in the north east of the island close to Pollenca. The moment you arrive at the gates and drive into the landscaped gardens, it is clear to see that every detail has been thought through to offer you the ultimate luxury holiday.
Located in the quiet residential area of La Font, Villa Longa sits at the base of the magnificent Tramuntana Mountains and provides the ideal
setting for a relaxing villa holiday. The villa is surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside, yet it is within walking distance of the bustling traditional old town of Pollenca and the famous turquoise water and sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollenca are only five minutes away by car.
With five ensuite, air conditioned double bedrooms the villa comfortably absorbs two families and ensures privacy for all. At first floor there are three double rooms to the front of the house overlooking the garden and pool, and a further double room with balcony to the rear with mountain views & its own private terrace. The fifth double bedroom is located on the ground floor, which also has a private terrace over looking the garden and mountains and direct access to the garden.
At first floor, the sitting room; office and sun room are designed as one large space with exposed beams and balconies at both ends offering ample space to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the area.
On the ground floor, a huge open plan kitchen-living-dining area, designed with an indoor-outdoor feel and flow, accommodates dining for up to 12 people, along with an kitchen island for 6 people to sit, as well as a huge relaxed seating, sofa / TV area all with a dual aspect overlooking the pool and bar areas.
Walking out from the kitchen-dining area there is a large covered terrace with bar, table tennis, BBQ and an enormous built in sofa - designed for morning coffee, midday snoozing or evening drinks. The covered terrace leads onto a carefully designed shaded pergola with al fresco dining for up to twenty people. With views to the pool one way and mountains the other this is a special area to have breakfast, lunch and supper.
The heated feature pool (11x4 metres) sits to the front of the house with sunbeds for twelve people and a daybed where you can sit and enjoy the majestic mountains. A further chill-out sofa area nestled in the garden provides another unwind & relax, whilst a hammock offers the ultimate “me” time in the shade of the palm trees.

From the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.
Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.
Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC). The spectacular swimming pool (8m long) has got a furnished sun terrace with pergola. There are many quiet areas to sit and relax under the shade of the ancient olive trees with unforgettable sea views.
