Surrounded by open countryside and enjoying beautiful views of the Tramuntana Mountains, the villa offers privacy, tranquillity and generous outdoor spaces, whilst being just a short drive from Pollensa old town and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
Accessed via a private country lane, the property enjoys a privileged setting where guests can experience the authentic Mallorcan countryside without sacrificing convenience. Pollensa Golf Course is only a few minutes away, while excellent restaurants, local markets and the charming streets of Pollensa are within easy reach.
The villa is arranged over two floors and has been designed to offer spacious, comfortable accommodation for families and groups. The welcoming reception room features a traditional fireplace and French doors opening onto a large covered terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. A separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and adjoining laundry room provide everything needed for a relaxed self-catering holiday.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A guest double bedroom and bathroom are located on the split-level ground floor, offering convenient accommodation for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Disappointed by the lack of basic supplies at the property. E.g hand soap in bathrooms, laundry detergent. Considering the weekly price wouldn’t cost much to have those supplies there for guests and be less hassle for them.

We had a wonderful stay at Eu Romani in August. Elegantly done up but practical with a wonderful pool and garden where our children spent endless hours playing. The location was lovely and peaceful and all the Baleriac villa staff were incredibly helsee more

Mansión el Vila is an elegant holiday villa situated high up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, only a few minutes away from the town centre and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. It offers fantastic views of the valley and the bay of Pollensa and is perfect for relaxing in style.
