Finca Caro is a beautifully restored holiday villa in Pollensa Mallorca, set in an elevated countryside position surrounded by 12 hectares of private land, Mediterranean gardens and ancient woodland. Framed by the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains, this exceptional estate offers complete privacy while remaining just a short drive from Pollensa old town, Puerto Pollensa, sandy beaches and Pollensa Golf Course.

Originally a hunting lodge belonging to the historic Gatules estate, the property has been carefully rebuilt and expanded to preserve its authentic Mallorcan character while embracing modern comfort and understated elegance. Stone walls, marble finishes, soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere throughout the villa.

Outside, expansive terraces invite long days under the Mallorcan sun. The large private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) features a relaxing shallow ledge and is surrounded by peaceful lounging and dining areas designed for outdoor living. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a built-in BBQ, gas BBQ, fridge and dishwasher, ideal for al fresco entertaining with family and friends. For larger gatherings, the villa also offers an outdoor dining area seating up to 20 guests across two long tables, available on request.

Inside, the villa combines generous living spaces with practical comfort for extended stays. The ground floor features two elegant living rooms, a winter dining hall and a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an Aga cooker, Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, pantry, wine fridge, ice machine and additional fridge-freezers.

Upstairs, the master suite enjoys its own en-suite bathroom, alongside two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A dedicated children’s wing featuring a single room and additional spaces designed for younger guests makes the villa especially well suited to families and two families sharing. In total, the property offers 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, accommodating up to 10 guests in complete comfort.

Finca Caro is a particularly family-friendly villa in Mallorca, offering thoughtful touches including a mini Land Rover for children, a table tennis area and spacious outdoor grounds to explore. The villa also features air conditioning in all bedrooms except one naturally cool downstairs room, Wi-Fi, two Sonos sound systems and a grand piano.
