Steeped in history, the house was originally a hunting lodge of the Gatules estate and was thoughtfully rebuilt and expanded in the late 1990s. Since then, it has been meticulously cared for by the same family, retaining its character while embracing modern comfort. Set within 12 hectares of private land, the estate is surrounded by mature Mediterranean gardens, orchards, and ancient woodlands. Expansive terraces invite long, leisurely days outdoors, whether soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or enjoying a sunset cocktail by the private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a relaxing ledge.
