Steeped in history, the house was originally a hunting lodge of the Gatules estate and was thoughtfully rebuilt and expanded in the late 1990s. Since then, it has been meticulously cared for by the same family, retaining its character while embracing modern comfort. Set within 12 hectares of private land, the estate is surrounded by mature Mediterranean gardens, orchards, and ancient woodlands. Expansive terraces invite long, leisurely days outdoors, whether soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or enjoying a sunset cocktail by the private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a relaxing ledge. From the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.
Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.
Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC).
