Steeped in history, the house was originally a hunting lodge of the Gatules estate and was thoughtfully rebuilt and expanded in the late 1990s. Since then, it has been meticulously cared for by the same family, retaining its character while embracing modern comfort. Set within 12 hectares of private land, the estate is surrounded by mature Mediterranean gardens, orchards, and ancient woodlands. Expansive terraces invite long, leisurely days outdoors, whether soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or enjoying a sunset cocktail by the private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a relaxing ledge. Multiple outdoor dining areas and a fully equipped second kitchen make entertaining under the sky effortless. Outdoor kitchen facilities include a fridge, dishwasher, a built in BBQ and a gas BBQ.
Inside, the villa offers refined charm with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and traditional materials such as stone and marble. The ground floor features two spacious living rooms, a winter dining hall, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an Aga cooker, Miele appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a separate pantry and laundry area. Upstairs, the master suite offers an en-suite bathroom, accompanied by two further double bedrooms with en-suites and a dedicated children’s area with bunk beds, a twin room, and a single room. The property offers air conditioning throughout (except in one of the living rooms).
