Gotmar 35 is a spacious and welcoming holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca, perfectly designed for family holidays and group getaways. Located in the peaceful residential area of Gotmar, the villa is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafés and local supermarkets, allowing guests to enjoy everything Puerto Pollensa has to offer without needing the car.
Offering over 380 m² of living space, the villa has been thoughtfully arranged to provide generous communal areas as well as plenty of private space, making it ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends.
The bright and comfortable living room features traditional wooden beams, terracotta floors, a fireplace and comfortable sofas, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the year. A large Smart TV with British channels and high-speed WiFi provide excellent entertainment for quieter evenings indoors.
A separate dining room filled with natural light opens directly onto one of the villa's attractive outdoor terraces, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything required for a comfortable stay, including an American-style fridge freezer, induction hob, large microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a filtered drinking water tap. Barbecue equipment is also provided for relaxed outdoor dining.
The villa accommodates up to 9 guests across 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, together with an additional guest cloakroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a recently refurbished shower room. Upstairs, the principal bedroom features a super king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and stylish en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower and double washbasins. Two further twin bedrooms share an additional family bathroom. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.
One of the villa's standout features is the recently created self-contained games room, complete with a pool table, large sofa and Smart TV. Outside, guests can also enjoy a table tennis area, providing entertainment for both adults and children throughout their stay.
The attractive gardens offer several terraces that enjoy sunshine at different times of the day, allowing guests to choose between relaxing in the shade or soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The heated private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces and overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a wonderful setting for family holidays.
Families travelling with young children will appreciate the availability of a cot and high chair, while the private gated entrance and secure off-street parking add further convenience.
One of Gotmar 35's greatest advantages is its location. The property was great. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and most gadgets you would need and expect. It was lovely having different areas and seating outside. We did have a problem with the electric gates but when we called about them it wsee more

La Vinya is a luxury property on a 4 acre located near Puerto Pollensa. The house is a mixture of contemporary style and tradition, with beautiful stone facades and a clean interior style.
Guests will benefit from the large terraces with all new furniture, super gardens and a lovely swimming pool just a few steps from the house. 4 king size bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, 3 configurable as twin beds. The super spacious suite on the first floor with Majorcan stone floors has its own bathroom and shower and a large balcony. The basement contains a games room/TV room. Details such as the fittings from Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch and the showers from Silestone demonstrate the beautiful finish. A modern kitchen, adjacent to the west terrace, with full-size refrigerator and quality appliances ensures easy food preparation and cleaning. The ground floor is accessible without steps, making it ideal for multi-generational families, and the internal layout aids in multi-family occupancy. There is a shallow swimming pool area for young people (always supervised). New orchards and garden additions have recently been planted, complementing some lovely old trees and creating a lovely colourful aura. The magnificent large terraces to both the east and west allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of day and provide alternative places to eat al fresco (or allow two groups to eat separately). A new pergola and large sunshades provide shade for comfort and the stone barbecue is designed to make cooking a pleasure. New Wi-Fi and air conditioning facilities throughout the ground and first floor.
Puerto Pollensa is just a short hop to the east and in the other direction is the town of Pollensa with its La Vinya is nearby and is convenient for walkers, cyclists and families, while being far enough away from the main road to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. In colder times of the year, a wood burning stove in the living room provides a welcoming environment to enjoy the fantastic local panoramic views. A sofa bed allows for a couple of extra guests.

From the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.
Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.
Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC). The spectacular swimming pool (8m long) has got a furnished sun terrace with pergola.
