Modern Palmeras is a Super chic family villa with enormous garden and swimming pool Luxury 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Swimming Pool , Air Conditioning, WiFi, Table Tennis, Satellite TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
Modern Palmeras is a luxurious, white washed mansion residing comfortably in the leafy suburb of Crestatx, just a short, scenic drive from the historic town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca.
Set in a large private plot, Modern Palmeras is a an absolutely stunning property - it unique, inspired design really sets it apart from many of the other villas in the area.
Entering through the large double doors, you step into an enormous open plan living space with large sliding windows that let light flood into the lounge and dining area.
The lounge set up consists of a large, plush corner sofa which is just waiting to be sunk into at the end of a long day exploring the island, and a smaller two-seater, centred around a large coffee table and TV with satellite channels and DVD player, meaning you and your family can keep up with your favourite programs from home!
From the elegant dining table there are great views of the garden the tall, proud palms. Why sit inside though? Modern Palmeras also has outdoor dining furniture for all ten guests beneath the veranda that runs along the entire south-east side of the villa.
To the right of the entrance you can head through into the equally spacious kitchen, which comes fully equipped and kitted out with everything you`ll need to whip up a feast, and it does it with style! And the chef won`t be lonely - there`s a breakfast (or evening) bar, and a breakfast table.
A full list of mod cons includes an induction hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a coffee machine and cafétiere.
From the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace as well as a laundry room with washer and drier.
Downstairs there is one of Modern Palmera`s five fantastic bedrooms - this double has an en suite with a bath and shower, as well as access to the terrace and garden.
Adjacent to the door to this bedroom is a WC.
Follow Modern Palmeras winding, grand staircase and you`ll reach a contemporary catwalk, with walls adorned by some owners art collection and two lounge chairs to complete the chic decor. Once again large windows allow light to flood in at this level.
To the left you have the large master suite which has a large double bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom and even a walk in wardrobe!
All bathrooms have a hair drier and towels.
To the right are the remaining three bedrooms; on the last as you walk down the corridor are two twins bedrooms which share a bathroom opposite and a small private terrace, and a double bedroom with a compact en suite and private north-west facing balcony.
Modern Palmeras is surrounded by an extensive lawn and has both a ping-pong table and children`s play house, which along with the swimming pool (13m x 6m and between 1m and 1.80m in depth) will definitely keep the little ones happy!
The aforementioned covered terrace has both lounge and dining furniture, and there is a gas barbecue which can be moved around to suit your needs.
All in all, Modern Palmeras is the perfect choice for large families or groups looking for somewhere out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca`s popular towns, whilst only being a short distance from shopping, towns and sandy beaches.

Really pleased with our stay. Nice welcome pack when we arrived. The house is lovely, well furnished , clean, plenty of towels for the pool as well as our rooms. It feels really private and well enclosed, the pool area superb, many games of table tensee more

It’s a great location too, we visited Pollença, Port of Pollença as well as Soller, Port of Soller, Playa de Muro, Alcudia. Could not recommend this house enough, excellent.

This beautiful country home is privately situated in the highly desirable and exclusive Golf area, within a few minutes drive from Pollensa. Located just 3 km from the Golf, the property is approached via a country lane and private drive, the house offers practically everything one could wish for from a Mediterranean rental property including wonderful countryside views and rustic tranquillity.
With the accommodation laid out over two floors, the ground floor is made up of a large reception room with a fireplace and French doors out to a wonderful covered terrace with views over the garden and swimming pool, separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room with separate laundry room.
Up a small flight of stairs, one finds a guest double bedroom and bathroom. The first floor boasts a lovely master bedroom suite with doors to a large terrace, three further bedrooms (with twin beds) each with en suite shower rooms and fitted wardrobes.
The outdoor living is equally fabulous with a large swimming pool (12m x 5m x 1.85m) surrounded by a sun terrace, the excellent covered terrace for relaxing or dining al fresco and a beautiful garden with a lush green lawn and numerous colourful plantations.
The technical side of the house is in very good order with central heating, built in air conditioning, an alarm system and an excellent supply of water.
An excellent opportunity to rent a fabulous country home in a superb location.

La Vinya is a wonderful holiday villa villa very close to Puerto Pollensa Luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom property in a gated 4 acre site with air conditioning, located close to Puerto Pollensa, sleeps a maximum of 10 people
La Vinya is a luxury property on a 4 acre located near Puerto Pollensa. The house is a mixture of contemporary style and tradition, with beautiful stone facades and a clean interior style.
Guests will benefit from the large terraces with all new furniture, super gardens and a lovely swimming pool just a few steps from the house. 4 king size bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, 3 configurable as twin beds. The super spacious suite on the first floor with Majorcan stone floors has its own bathroom and shower and a large balcony. The basement contains a games room/TV room. Details such as the fittings from Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch and the showers from Silestone demonstrate the beautiful finish. A modern kitchen, adjacent to the west terrace, with full-size refrigerator and quality appliances ensures easy food preparation and cleaning. The ground floor is accessible without steps, making it ideal for multi-generational families, and the internal layout aids in multi-family occupancy. There is a shallow swimming pool area for young people (always supervised). New orchards and garden additions have recently been planted, complementing some lovely old trees and creating a lovely colourful aura.
