Villa Allegra is by far the most beautiful and best holiday home we have ever stayed in. The villa is bright, modern and spacious with tasteful, high-quality furnishings. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. The garden is exceptionally beautiful with various plants and flowers. It even has an orange and lemon tree with delicious fruits. You can sit and relax very comfortably on the covered terraces. We felt very comfortable in the villa and can highly recommend it to everybody who wants to have a great holiday in Mallorca.

This lovely house was built in 1990 in a quaint, old style; embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and marvelous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time.
The main entrance on the left leads to the lounge area, on the right to the bedrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms en-suite with toilets are located in the right wing
of the house. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Mallorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere.
On the ground floor you can find a wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar. From here you have access to the wonderful garden.
In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace, which invites you to stay the entire year and also to the pool, which is surrounded by grass and flowers. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate.
Most beautiful is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and cosy possibilities to sit down.

- for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool.

In a very quiet situation, you find this little cozy house in La Huerta de La Font very close to Pollenca3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Table Tennis, Satellite TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
You enter the property through a gate into a rustic garden with extended lawns. You find a little barbecue house with an open terrace in front.
Beside the villa, there is a 7 metre long pool with another terrace. The main-door leads to a pretty sitting-dining room with an open-fire place and to the kitchen which is surrounded by
a pleasant bar. The three bedrooms (all twins together or separated, as you want) are on a small corridor with two bathrooms with shower and bath.
Behind the villa there is a large field with fig and almond trees.
