This amazing modern villa has a large swimming pool of 17x6 metres and beautiful views of the Mallorcan countryside. Located in a residential area, this villa was completed in 2017 and offers very good qualities. Air conditioning hot and cold and underfloor heating throughout the house. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining room with luxury American kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. From the kitchen, living room and bedroom you have access to a beautiful covered terrace and the swimming pool. The barbecue area offers a double shower room with toilet. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds for smaller children.
