Villa Blanca is a stunning, luxury, designer villa in Gotmar, just a 10 minute walk from the beach in Puerto Pollensa. This modern holiday villa has been refurbished to a very high standard and everything is brand new, ultra-modern, extremely comfortable, totally inviting and has all you need to make your holiday extra special.
The outdoor space at this villa is effortlessly stylish. There is a beautiful pool (10 x 3.5 metres) with Roman steps, a large terrace with plenty of sunloungers and space to chill out, as well as a lawned area to the side of the pool, and a lovely dining area on the outdoor terrace, with a state-of-the-art gas barbecue which is just perfect for al fresco dining.
Inside, Villa Blanca's spacious, designer kitchen is open-plan, fully equipped and ideal for preparing delicious holiday meals with family and friends. The sitting room is contemporary with uber comfortable sofas and a 60 inch smart TV. The textures and colours give this room a natural feel, with the interior blending seamlessly into the outdoor terrace and the Mediterranean garden which is accessed through large, glass sliding doors.
This luxury villa to rent sleeps 6 guests in 3 impressive double ensuite bedrooms, all finished with natural materials. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden and the other 2 upstairs bedrooms share a lovely terrace. For maximum comfort, all the beds are super king size (180cms) and for extra flexibility, two of the double beds can be made into twin beds.

This lovely house was built in 1990 in a quaint, old style; embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and marvelous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time.
The main entrance on the left leads to the lounge area, on the right to the bedrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms en-suite with toilets are located in the right wing
of the house. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Mallorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere.
On the ground floor you can find a wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar. From here you have access to the wonderful garden.
In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace, which invites you to stay the entire year and also to the pool, which is surrounded by grass and flowers. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate.
Most beautiful is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and cosy possibilities to sit down.

In a very quiet situation, you find this little cozy house in La Huerta de La Font very close to Pollenca3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Table Tennis, Satellite TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
You enter the property through a gate into a rustic garden with extended lawns. You find a little barbecue house with an open terrace in front.
Beside the villa, there is a 7 metre long pool with another terrace. The main-door leads to a pretty sitting-dining room with an open-fire place and to the kitchen which is surrounded by
a pleasant bar. The three bedrooms (all twins together or separated, as you want) are on a small corridor with two bathrooms with shower and bath.
Behind the villa there is a large field with fig and almond trees.
