Come and enjoy Can Colom, a wonderful, hillside villa to rent, just a short distance from the beaches, shops, and restaurants in Puerto Pollensa. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private pool with optional heating, incredible mountain views, lots of privacy, and large comfortable rooms for guests to relax and experience the lavish Mediterranean lifestyle.
The ground floor of the villa has a spacious, open plan layout including a living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can watch a movie, a dining area with a large table and seating for 12, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for those you like to cook. This level also has a twin bedroom and a complete bathroom.
Upstairs you will find four further bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en suite), this includes the master bedroom with its own seating area, dressing room, and balcony.
This is an excellent choice for families as there is lost outside space with separate areas for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy a variety of covered and sunny terraces, perfect for dining alfresco, a barbecue, a ping pong table for some friendly competition with the children, landscaped gardens with hammocks, and a 10x5m swimming pool (heated for an additional charge).

The Villa was a luxury Property, and provided for all of our needs across a number of features.
The Bedrooms and ensuites were all excellent.

Some salient comments following our recent stay at the Villa Coloma in Porto Pollensa.
The Villa was a luxury Property, and provided for all of our needs across a number of features. The Bedrooms and ensuites were all excellent. The Living area, Kitchen, and outdoor terraces were well stoked, with an array of nice furniture and associated storage and cutlery. Both the indoor and outdoor furniture provided comfortable seating for leisure pastimes. The Swimming Pool was first class, and remained a sun trap at all of the appropriate times, with nice sunbeds and shades to suit a large party. The Vila location was very good in relation to distance from the Beach at Porto Pollensa, and indeed the Old Town of Pollensa itself. A close by well stocked supermarket proved to be very helpful in catering for all of the party’s needs. Adrian the Property Manager was very helpful in all matters, whenever consulted. In summary the Villa Coloma was a first class Property that we would certainly recommend, and hope to return to at some time in the future. |
