Villa Kati is a beautifully refurbished property, occupying a unique location on the town’s edge, with a delightful mature garden, ample exterior and a private swimming pool (which can be heated upon request/ at an extra cost). With remarkable views towards to the ‘Puig de Maria’ monastery and the old town of Pollensa, Villa Kati enjoys a fantastic residential location! WALKING DISTANCE to the winding streets, boutiques, cafes and restaurants of this historic town. Just beyond the countryside, there is a selection of some beautiful sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Formentor and the stunning Tramantuna mountain range, with its vineyards, picturesque villages and breath-taking views!

Villa Kati is a large property that perfectly combines a contemporary and traditional design. The property is immaculately maintained both inside and outside! The focus is definitely the ample terrace and swimming pool, together with the Mountain View. Once installed in this idyllic villa, it is quite difficult to leave!

The villa is comfortably split over two levels, with the main living area on the first floor leading directly to the terrace. There are three bedrooms on this level, with another three below, along with a good sized children's playroom with steps leading up to the terrace. The double bedrooms on each level are both en-suite, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with large showers. The upper rooms benefit from plenty of natural light, while the windows on the lower level are slightly smaller. The property is extremely well equipped and offers luxury furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout. All mods cons!

Families with children of all ages love Villa Kati! The children have a large playroom where they can play with their imagination. Teenagers can explore Pollenca, while the separate gym is also an exciting attraction. And with so many things on the doorstep, it's an excellent starting point from which to discover this beautiful part of Mallorca.

There is an outdoor kitchen, from where the chef (when booked with service) can prepare an appetizer, a cool drink or a long lunch, and there is a large covered dining room, perfect for outdoor dining. A separate glassed-in building next door has cardio machines and football tables for the more energetic, and there is also table tennis on the terrace. At night the terrace is lit up, and along with the outside sound system, you are sure to have a relaxing evening in a wonderful location!

Swimming Pool dimensions: 4.90m x 10m and 1m - 1.83m deep. Pool heating available on request at 500€ extra per week.

Villa Service
- Pre-arrival concierge service to help plan the perfect holiday and prepare for your arrival.
- Pre-arrival shopping so it is ready upon your arrival (typically special snacks, spirits and inflatables). This will be added to a guest invoice and paid at the end of the stay.
- Pre-arrival menu consultation to discuss food preferences and dietaries with a tailored menu for the duration of your stay.
- Meet & Greet by your villa team upon arrival to the Villa with homemade refreshments and nibbles.
- Dedicated service from the villa manager.
- Wine hamper of local wines from Can Vidalet, Can Axartell and Mortitx vineyards throughout your stay.
- Unlimited complimentary drinks including local Cava, Beer, Soft Drinks (typically Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Lemon Fanta, Orange Fanta) and Water at no extra cost throughout your stay.
- Sweets & Snack Station set up in the villa.
- Villa Manager will enquire and make bookings on your behalf (i.e. for restaurants, excursions, boat trips, bike hire, massages, beauty treatments, wine tours, personal trainers, tennis coaching, taxi’s etc.).
- Set up of Pool area each day (i.e. fresh pool towels, parasols, seating areas etc.).
- Daily clean and organize of communal areas and turndown service.
- Complimentary fresh fruit and flowers.
- Bamford Toiletries in each bathroom with slippers and kimono for each guest.
- Complimentary Beach bag and towels for trips to the beach.
- In Villa Laundry services (Full use of the Villa Laundry services, the Villa Manager can assist as required).
- Guest Shopping throughout the duration of your stay for anything that you may need (except medicines). This will be added to a guest invoice and paid at the end of the stay.
- Served continental breakfast with professionally prepared breakfast special by your villa chef on a freshly laid table 5 days of the week. Prepared Continental Breakfast on 2 days for the villa teams days off.
- Mid-morning refreshment each day (5 Days) to be enjoyed by the pool or around the villa.
- Pre-dinner canapes served with Champagne on one evening.
- Pre-dinner canapes served with a local Gin Tasting Experience on one evening.
- One meal per day prepared by your private chef (either lunch or dinner) on 5 days.
- Cheese course on request.
- Prepared BBQ for one of the chef’s days off.
- Children’s Lunch or Dinner as required in line with adults meals.
- Children’s food where applicable with healthy and fresh ingredients, dinner provided every evening even on the team’s day off, if required.
- Puree’s prepared for babies as required.
- Complimentary Nappy Hamper for any infants, including extra nappies throughout the stay, body wash, wipes, flannel, nappy bags.
- Childcare equipment provided where necessary, may be extra costs if it is a very specific request.
- Beauty Therapist that can come to the Villa to provide in-house treatments where available (Additional cost for treatments).

Breakfast
Freshly prepared breakfast including a breakfast special prepared by the chef. Breakfast cereals, fresh fruit platter, yoghurts with various toppings, charcuterie and cheeses, fresh bread and local pastries, toast, jam, local honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit smoothie or juice, gourmet tea selection and freshly ground coffee on 5 days of your stay. Prepared continental breakfast left on the Villa Managers and Chef’s days off.

***Lunch
Typically, either a plated Lunch or Family Style meal. Consisting of a protein and selection of fresh salads and using local produce, finished with a light fruit-based dessert.

***Dinner
- Pre-dinner drinks and nibbles.
- Table set and decorated with a beautiful centerpiece and linen napkins.
- Bed turned down at night so that it is inviting for when you want to go to sleep.
- Typically, a three-course meal or themed evening paired with some of the best local Mallorcan wines.
- Local Cheeses and accompaniments offered every evening.
