This luxury villa is located in the peaceful surroundings of Pollensa, just a 10 Minute walk from the main square, where you will find a vast selection of Mediterranean restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Its spectacular setting in the Valley of Ternelles is highly prized thanks to its proximity to the village centre and the beautiful views of Pollensa old town and the surrounding mountains.

The upper level of Antigua comprises three double bedrooms, each with an elegant en-suite bathroom, one with a private sun terrace and the other with a bathtub.
Outside, a large sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and there is a beautiful garden with lots of orange and lemon trees.
Antigua is 5 Minutes on foot from a small supermarket, a bakery, a couple of bars and restaurants and is the ideal holiday option within walking distance of Pollensa old town. In addition, it is perfectly safe for children as the main square is free of cars, allowing children to play while you enjoy a fabulous meal in one of the 23 restaurants open in town.

Villa Antigua is a lovely, well appointed property. There is a lot of space internally and it has a huge garden and great pool. It is/also well located being a short walk into Pollença.

All finished to the highest standard but simple, not flashy. Just the way I like it. Designed in a stylish rustic chic.
The layout, was fab with all of the different areas to sit in, places to do yoga, or chill or jump in the pool.

There is a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor. Steps bring you into the 1st floor. Three bedrooms, each with 2 beds, share a large bathroom with tube and toilet. Two more, small terraces offer magnificent panorama views.
The swimming pool (8m x 6m) is located between flowers and bushes. The garden is very rustic but very well kept. A pleasant forest zone belongs to this property, which extends behind the house.
