Villa Sundance is an outstanding luxury holiday villa set in a private, elevated location, overlooking the whole of Pollensa Bay and La Fortaleza (the luxury estate featured in the BBC series The Night Manager). The villa is also great for all ages as it is just 5 minutes by car from the nearby sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, and the historic old town where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and the weekly Sunday market.
The villa has a total of 5 double bedrooms and four en suite bathrooms; each bedroom has a King Size bed apart from the master suite which has an Emperor Size bed, two sofas and a private terrace complete with seating area where you can enjoy stunning views of the countryside.
There is a huge living room with a dining area which has a cosy open fireplace, comfortable sofas, a 50 inch TV with a home cinema system, and window seats offering spectacular views. The villa also has a fully equipped chef´s kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, and a separate TV room, also with a complete Sky System, with movie and sport channels to entertain the whole family.
The outside space is unbeatable, with neatly landscaped gardens, a BOSE speaker system for setting the atmosphere, and a variety of places to relax or dine alfresco, including a huge, partially covered terrace which overlooks the private pool. There is plenty space to sunbathe on the loungers, indulge in this idyllic oasis, and enjoy views of Pollensa Bay.
In addition, the property is equipped with garden furniture and loungers, blackout curtains and blinds in the bedrooms for uninterrupted sleep, a barbecue for outdoor dining, reverse air-conditioning and radiators for year-round comfort, and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection for work and play.

We were met and shown round by the owner who gave us all the information that we needed and plenty of recommendations for restaurants and the best beaches in the local area. We will hopefully be returning next year!
