This fabulous contemporary villa is located in a lovely residential area of Pollensa, only a few minutes away from all amenities and the golf course. A guest apartment, nice gardens, and a pool make it a perfect vacation or year-round residence.
Holiday home for 6 adults plus babies with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning (hot/cold), fireplace, private pool, garden, and free Wi-Fi, between Campanet and Platjas de Muro This property is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility.
The Xainu Island villa is located in Crestatx / Sa Pobla, in a residential area where there are only houses. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, which means there is no passing traffic. The exterior of this modern villa is designed with a large garden with palm trees and mixed-color botany. The lawn and the wild garden area are perfect for little explorers. Under a large carob tree, you have a comfortable seating area to relax. A refreshing place to read an exciting book. The saltwater pool (4m x 7m) is located in the middle of the garden and is surrounded by a large terrace that offers enough sun or shade. Sun loungers and a furnished chill-out area provide ample space for the whole family. The turquoise pool is easily accessible through steps and has a separate part with water only up to the knee, ideal for small children. Pool towels are made available for all guests.
Directly in the house is the covered terrace. There you can dine at a large table that can accommodate a minimum of 6 adults or enjoy a breakthrough in very comfortable wicker room furniture with a glass of good local wine. For your barbecues, you have a barbecue behind the house available. You can prepare especially good fresh local products that you get in the famous weekly markets of Mallorca. In the garage, you have a laundry room with a washing machine. Directly by the house within the gated area, you can accommodate up to 4 rental cars.
The interior of the house spans 180m² and offers 3 double bedrooms. 2 of them are located in the main building and furnished with large double beds/king size. The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the second one is located directly by the additional bathroom. The third double room is a type of studio with a small kitchen and en suite bathroom. It also has an additional extendable sofa and the king-size bed can be split into two single beds if needed.
All bathrooms are nice and modern, complete with walk-in showers. There are hair dryers available. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, bedrooms are complete with ample wardrobe space and plasma TVs. Baby travel cots can be made available. A safe for your valuables is installed.
The living room flooded with light is equipped with a large comfortable sofa. The plasma screen TV has a cable/satellite connection, so there is international television. In the center of the living room, a modern fireplace is installed so that you can feel at home, even in the coldest winter months. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available throughout the house as well as remote-operated ceiling fans for those that prefer them.
The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, an oven at a comfortable height, hob, microwave, modern sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc ... drinking water is available from the water filter system installed by the sink. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 adults. High chairs for our younger guests can be made available. Luxury 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool , Air Conditioning, WiFi, Table Tennis, Satellite TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
This lovely house was built in 1990 in a quaint, old style; embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and marvelous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time.
The main entrance on the left leads to the lounge area, on the right to the bedrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms en-suite with toilets are located in the right wing
of the house. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Mallorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere.
On the ground floor you can find a wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar. From here you have access to the wonderful garden.
In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace, which invites you to stay the entire year and also to the pool, which is surrounded by grass and flowers. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate.
Most beautiful is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and cosy possibilities to sit down.
