An italian “Pedini” designer kitchen along with some amazing indoor and outdoor areas, games and activities have been designed to keep all ages entertained.
The sunbathing areas have modern comfortable sun beds and patio furniture to help guest get the most for their relaxing days in the sun. Located less than 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, this villa has all the facilities and in a great location making it the ideal holiday home. This villa operates a cleaning, disinfection and sanitization procedures, meeting the highest standards.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
