This magnificent villa is ideal for those who enjoy the beach, as there are several beaches nearby, such as the beautiful crescent of sand and turquoise waters of Cala Mondrago. The nearest beach, Calo des Homes Morts can be seen from the house and Cala Sa Torre is only about 400 meters away. The charming shops and restaurants of waterfront Porto Petro are also within walking distance. The villa is a stylish family residence, featuring natural stone walls and calming neutral interiors that exude a sense of luxurious comfort. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious open-plan living room with two separate sitting areas and a dining area. This space is filled with natural light from large picture windows and offers beautiful views of the sea. French doors open to a covered dining terrace and an outdoor lounge area.
