Villa Gotmar 138 is, architecturally speaking, something of a work of art. Set on a terraced hillside in the upscale resort of Puerto Pollensa, this contemporary villa is defined by sweeping horizontal lines and a minimalist aesthetic, an exercise in modern design that feels as considered as it does comfortable.
Just 1,600 metres from the golden sands of the Bay of Pollensa, and a short stroll from the resort's chic boutiques, buzzy bars and yacht club, the villa nonetheless feels like a private hideaway. Sunny terraces wrap around the pool, and the wider world seems to fall away entirely.
The terraced, landscaped gardens are framed by mature pine trees, while the striking infinity swimming pool (14m x 6m, approximately 1.8m deep) is sheltered by a stone wall and takes on a particular magic once illuminated at night. From the terraces and much of the interior, sweeping views open up towards the Tramuntana mountains.
Villa Gotmar 138 is thoughtfully arranged over several floors, with an internal lift connecting them for effortless access throughout. The main living space is a genuine highlight: an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area flow into a separate TV room, all facing out towards the pool through room-sized windows that flood the interior with soft Mediterranean light. A beautifully appointed bedroom with en suite bathroom also sits on this level.
Up a level, two further bedrooms open onto private balconies with fabulous mountain views, alongside the master bedroom, whose en suite bathroom features an oval bath, made for long, unhurried soaks. A practical utility room, complete with washing machine and dryer, occupies a lower level, adding a touch of everyday convenience to the villa's polished design.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Gotmar 138. The house was more than big enough for 7 people, each bedroom has its own bathroom, it was clean and very well equipped. The swimmingpool was perfect. We would love to come back another time.

From a further terrace door you get into the spacious dining-sitting room with an open fireplace surrounded by very comfortable cushioned settees.
A little hall leads into a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with WC.
There is a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor. Steps bring you into the 1st floor. Three bedrooms, each with 2 beds, share a large bathroom with tube and toilet. Two more, small terraces offer magnificent panorama views.
The swimming pool (8m x 6m) is located between flowers and bushes. The garden is very rustic but very well kept. A pleasant forest zone belongs to this property, which extends behind the house.
