Pollensa town is just a 15 minute drive from the villa and the famous long white sandy beaches of Alcudia (Playas de Muro) are just a 13 minute drive. Due to its great inland location, comprehensive amenities which include supermarkets, boutiques, bars, cafes, many first class restaurants and other wonderful sweeping sandy beaches are just a short distance away.

Inside, the attractive interior is light and welcoming thanks to a stylish colour scheme of neutral shades which create a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. Of open plan design, the living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen lead directly onto the bedroom with double queen size bed (separated by a low wall). There is a bathroom, with a shower, adjacent. Essential touches like wi-fi, aircon and Smart TV have been added to enhance the comfortable experience of staying in Casa Xaloc.

The orientation of the terrace, swimming pool and garden offer privacy, uninterrupted sunbathing and sunshine from morning right through until sunset. The swimming pool has integrated jets, roman steps, depths of 1,20m x 1,60m, and is a perfect place to relax.
