In Finca Can Perdiu, close to the beautiful Majorcan city of Santanyi, you will be able to enjoy your time and relax.
The Finca is equipped with all amenities. It has a modern and functional style combined with a special personal touch.
The main house contains four bedrooms with three modern bathrooms (one of them a master suite with its own bathroom). Another living room with private bathroom is located in separate outbuildings, each of which is self-contained. In one of these outbuildings there is also a small kitchen.
The finca as well as the two outbuildings are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so that the houses can be used in every season.
Ideal for the winter is also the sauna with shower in another outbuilding.
The Finca has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a fantastic view of the pool and the garden. You will find a wonderful "Chill Out" where you can enjoy the sunsets of the island.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available at the desired property, please contact us for further details
- gasoil central heating available on request between November - March at 30 EUR extra per day

Finca El Sueño is an original and high quality equipped country house. It is located about 2,5 km southwest of Santanyi, one of the most beautiful areas in the southeast of the island Mallorca.
The atmosphere is unique, your stay will be an unforgettable experience. The house has four large bedrooms, each with direct access to the bathroom area. Two of them are on the upper floor of the main house and two rooms are in the outbuilding connected to the main house.
There is a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), a large dining area and a large living room with TV and stereo. Cable TV and Wifi are available for free.
Directly at the house there is a large barbeque area with direct access to the kitchen.
On the way to the pool you can admire the excellently laid out garden. At the pool itself there is a small kitchen as well as enough space for "sun worshippers". There is also a large awning, which can be extended to protect you from the sun.
