This 1400m2 16th century property has been completely restored and re furbished recently. It has been decorated with a mixture of modern minimalistic décor and has antique features of 17th and 18th century. Very comfortable, high quality. Separate top fully equipped penthouse with 2 extra bedrooms. House fully air-conditioned.

Towels and linens included.
Cleaner comes in daily in high season and low season mid week clean only.
Notes on accommodation:
Suitable for wheelchair.
Cleaner daily 6 times a week.
Accessibility:
Wheelchair friendly - special room very special with its own sitting room over looking the oil mill, it has its private entrance from pool easy access.
Weddings:
Weddings are permitted in this property if combined with a minimum 5 day rental.

We had the perfect wedding and a wonderful stay at Ca S’Hereu. It is a sumptuous Finca set in beautiful Orange Groves with a backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. The Finca is clean, well equipped, has beautiful gardens and plenty of space. It is also only a short drivewalk into pretty Port De Soller. We feel so lucky to have held out special day here. Throughout the planning and the stay we were well cared for by Balearic Villas, the Property Manager and Cleaners who were on-site whenever we needed.
