Heading towards La Font, on the outskirts of Pollenca, you arrive at Hipocamp. This traditional villa represents a warm and cozy atmosphere, making guests feel at home immediately.

Located in the foothills of the mountains, you reach the villa passing a delightful cipres tree-lined avenue. The front garden is planted with trees and bushes. The pool benefits from the leafy shade of the trees - Everything adds to the traditional character of this property.

The lounge leads to a covered terrace with garden and a separate barbecue area. Next to the sitting and dining room with majorcan furniture, you will find a modern kitchen. Three comfortable twin-bedrooms share two bathrooms.

*Please note:
- for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool.
- the pool can be heated in this property for an additional 250 EUR a week.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

  • A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations
  • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed by the reservations manager at time of Booking
  • Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
  • For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
