Villa Longa is located at the base of the magnificent Tramuntana Mountain, in a quiet residential area called La Font and provides the ideal setting for a relaxing villa holiday.

The house is surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside, yet it is within walking distance (15 mins) from Pollensa old town and a 5 min drive to the stunning beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa.

This impressive & spacious 5 bedroom villa has a private (11m x 4m, heated) swimming pool surrounded by an established garden whilst the interior is currently traditionally furnished.

Villa Longa itself is a large, spacious property, which sleeps up to 10 people. It would accommodate x2 families of 5 people easily, giving you all space to breath, as there are multiple areas to relax so you will not feel like you are living on top of one another.

A private driveway leads up to the villa, with ample parking for up to 3 cars.

The garden is also big, with a heated pool (which enjoys views of the mountain), and ample space to relax, unwind & seek out the shade. The raised undercover terrace overlooking the pool has a built-in BBQ, alfresco dining table & chairs, further seating as well as ping pong & table tennis tables.

The Villa Longa accommodation is split over two floors (ground & first) comprising:

Upstairs (the accommodation & living space upstairs is split into two areas)

Living Area
- sitting room (x1 3 seater sofa, x4 armchairs, fireplace, TV/ DVD)
- conservatory/ summer room (complete with small breakfast table, as well as a comfortable seating area for relaxing)
- dining room (table to sit 8-10 people)
- kitchen (with FF, induction hob, oven, microwave, drinking water tap etc)
- breakfast ares + table (which seats 6 people)
- utility room (washing machine, sink, cleaning equipment, ironing board + iron, storage)

Bedroom Area
- Bedroom No 1: Master/ Double room + Bathroom 1, en suite (separate shower + bath, sink WC & bidet)
- Bedroom No 2: Twin bedroom
- Bathroom 2 (shower/ bath, sink, WC & bidet)
- Bedroom No 3: Twin bedroom


Living Area
- sitting area (x1 sofa, x1 armchair), with sliding doors opening out onto undercover terrace area outside + garden
- access to garage (through internal door) + storage cupboard under the stairs

Bedroom Area
- Bedroom No 4: Double bedroom
- Bathroom 3 (shower/ bath, sink, WC & bidet)

The property was resold in Nov 2015, and the new owners are currently refurbishing the garden completely in preparation for the start of the new rental season starting end of March 2017.

The external makeover will increase the space around the pool giving it over 8m + extra space to the left and at the back of the pool, they are creating an outdoor dining area as well as a chill out/ relaxing area near to the the pool while also enlarging the children`s kick-about area at the back of the garden.

The garden makeover (which is underway) will completely transform how the garden is used and enjoyed. We are extremely excited about this step of the refurbishment project, and we are delighted to be able to offer Villa Longa to you.

- that this property requires a 1000 EUR security deposit.
- that pool heating is optional and is charged at 300 EUR per week.

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

  • Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
  • For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
