This 1400m2 16th century property has been completely restored and re furbished recently. It has been decorated with a mixture of modern minimalistic decor and has antique features of 17th and 18th century. Very comfortable, high quality. Separate top fully equipped penthouse with 2 extra bedrooms. House fully air-conditioned.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and linens included.
Cleaner comes in daily in high season and low season mid week clean only.

Notes on accommodation:
Suitable for wheelchair.
Cleaner daily 6 times a week.

Accessibility:
Wheelchair friendly - special room very special with its own sitting room over looking the oil mill, it has its private entrance from pool easy access.

Weddings:
Weddings are permitted in this property if combined with a minimum 5 day rental. The wedding is charged at 32€ per person (with a minimum of 60 guests).

- that solar powered pool heating is available free of charge upon request

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

  • 30% Deposit to secure your Booking
  • A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations
  • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed by the reservations manager at time of Booking
  • Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
  • For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
