In Finca Can Perdiu, close to the beautiful Majorcan city of Santanyi, you will be able to enjoy your time and relax.

The Finca is equipped with all amenities. It has a modern and functional style combined with a special personal touch.

The main house contains four bedrooms with three modern bathrooms (one of them a master suite with its own bathroom). Another living room with private bathroom is located in separate outbuildings, each of which is self-contained. In one of these outbuildings there is also a small kitchen.

The finca as well as the two outbuildings are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so that the houses can be used in every season.

Ideal for the winter is also the sauna with shower in another outbuilding.

The Finca has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a fantastic view of the pool and the garden. You will find a wonderful "Chill Out" where you can enjoy the sunsets of the island.

Please be aware:

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available at the desired property, please contact us for further details

For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
All cots and high chairs are charged at 50 euros per week per item, unless otherwise stated.
