    Villa Segue is a charming single-storey country villa located in a peaceful setting in the beautiful countryside of Alcudia in the North of Mallorca. Blending timeless Mallorcan character with modern comfort, it is the perfect holiday villa for families or guests seeking tranquillity close to the island’s most picturesque villages and beaches.

    The property boasts a natural stone facade and is set within mature Mediterranean landscaped gardens filled with olive trees, palm trees, vibrant flowerbeds, flat grass area and much more. A spacious circular driveway leads to the entrance of the villa, and offers an ample private parking area.

    Inside, the spacious accommodation is characterised by white walls, wooden beams, exposed stone feature walls and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite). The open plan living and dining room opens directly onto the garden. The modern rustic kitchen is bright and fully equipped. Plus an adjacent laundry room.

    Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sunbathing terraces, table tennis and a barbecue house with a covered dining area – perfect for al fresco evenings. From every corner of the garden, you can take in breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains, offering a true sense of peace and tranquillity.

    Despite its countryside setting, the villa boasts a convenient location: just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia Bay, the charming streets of the old town of Alcudia, and the vibrant cafés and boutiques of Pollença.       The living area is a spacious 250 m2 spread, over two floors. The upper area is light, spacious and houses the fully equipped designer kitchen, with adjoining dining area and living room, leading onto the expansive outdoor area which is what truly makes this house sparkle. The large terrace is a stage to the beautiful view of the bay - complete with your private infinity pool (approx. 7m x 5m x 1.7m) and numerous sun loungers to drink in the view. There is a outdoor dining area adjacent to the dining room, with a small Mediterranean garden which enjoys refreshing, cooling mountain breezes which are peppery with the scent of pines and herbs.

      The Master bedroom is white, bright, light flooded room (with dark curtains for lie-ins) and the amazing view of the bay of Alcudia and its’ passing parade of sail boats. An early morning coffee on the balcony off the bedroom is a particular delight. The bed is a comfortable UK Super King size. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities which have been thoughtfully designed.

      The second bedroom is generously sized, with a UK King sized bed, en suite facilities and beautiful views to the mountain with its pine and olive forests.

      The third bedroom is equally comfortable and well sized - enjoying the same wonderful view to the mountain, pine forests & olive groves. It is also furnished with a UK King sized bed and has an en suite bathroom. You also have at your disposal a fully fitted laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer)

      About 1.5km east of central Puerto Alcudia in the privileged residential area of Alcanada (Aucanada). This leafy, upmarket residential area offers exclusivity, yet is only a couple of minutes away from the famed Alcanada Golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. & Jnr. -the most scenic golf course on the island. Even closer by, is the famed restaurant La Terraza - you will be glad to discover this gem for yourself and enjoy the marvelous terrace for a coffee, or fresh seafood for a dining experience that fond memories are made of.       Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, this new modern villa in Mal Pas enjoys a privileged position in the frontline, with direct access to the sea, ten steps from the white sanded beach.
      The spacious villa was built in 2016 and is located in a garden plot with heated pool. It`s spread out over two floors, and has a total of 4 double bedrooms with en suites and an extra toilet. The interior design is completely open and full of natural light.

      Other features included in the house are air conditioning throughout the house, underfloor heating, double glazing, heated pool, fireplace, elevator, cupboards, parquet floors, piped music, home automation system and a triple garage basement.

      Located a short drive from Alcudia, and a bit further to Pollensa, Mal Pas Bonaire offers all the tranquillity of the island with the best residential possibilities.
